The Land Without Sun

The photos presented here are from my 2-months photo project in North East Greenland. I traveled to Greenland in november and returned home to Denmark in the end of Januar. Actually the sun sat for the last time the day I arrived and rose for the first time after the dark period the day I left Greenland again. I am so fascinated by the arctic animals and their ability to survive in these extreme conditions with temperatures as low as -50 degrees and I did this projekt to show the beauty of this magnificent land during the dark period where the sun didn’t rise for two months.
