Complaints and Customer Service

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the matter.

How to submit a complaint:
1. Send an email to sales@mortenhilmer.com with your order number and a clear description of your complaint.
2. We will confirm receipt of your message within two business days.
3. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receiving them.

If you are not satisfied with our proposed solution, you may contact your local consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre (www.forbrugereuropa.dk) for further assistance.
