Shipping policy

Processing Time
Prints and other physical products are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 weeks, depending on the specific item.
Preorders will be shipped in accordance with the estimated delivery times stated on the product page.

As each print is individually inspected and signed by Morten Hilmer, processing and shipping times may be extended in cases where Morten is traveling or otherwise unavailable.

Shipping Carrier and Tracking
We primarily use PostNord for all shipments. A tracking link will always be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that once the parcel is transferred to a local carrier in the destination country, tracking information may no longer accurately reflect the real-time status of the shipment.
We kindly ask that you allow at least two (2) weeks from the shipping date before contacting us regarding delivery delays.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please take clear photos of both the package and its contents and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.

Orders to the United States
All prices displayed for deliveries to the United States include all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
This means that the price shown at checkout is the final price — no additional customs or import charges will be applied upon delivery.
